About Festival project : submissions
Hi.
We are two photographers living in the south of France and plan to organize in 2008 or 2009 (depending on sponsoring etc..) an outdoor photo festival in the streets of a small village near the town of Carcassonne. We plan to invite one big shot from french photography, some artists from Toulouse but also would love to expose "the best of the world". That means, the best a community like Flickr can propose. So just feel free to submit, leave a mail adress and some day we may contact you to ask you if your ok to let us print one of your pictures for this festival. Your name and bio will be pubished in a catalogue and the press. You don't have to do anything but send us (when we contact you back) a high definiition 300 dpi attachment. We print and do all the rest.
The theme is :
RURAL LIFE IN A DEVELOPPED WORLD. We want it to be "arty" and strong, more ironic than romantic, more colourfull thant b/W, more pop than flop.
