House of Gems    says:

Grand Prizes (Two): $250 each, free merchandise of your choice.

Second Prizes (Two): $100 each, free merchandise of your choice.

Third prizes (Six): $50 each, free merchandise of your choice.

Winners must claim the prizes from www.houseofgems.com website.

1.Eligibility: Must be a member of House of Gems Featured Artists group at the time of posting pictures on flicker, who are 18years of age or older. No purchase from house of gems website necessary.

2. A) Participants must post a blog about the contest with a link to
www.flickr.com/groups/featuredartists

AND
B) Announce the contest at least one of these
(Facebook, Myspace or Twitter) with a link to
www.flickr.com/groups/featuredartists/

AND
C) Must mail the announcement and blog link to
houseofgemssm@yahoo.com

3. Overseas participants pay duties and taxes if any at destination country besides shipping charges.

4. Domestic shipments are free by first class mail unless other options were selected.

5. Participants can post maximum of five new pictures which are not posted on any other website or group earlier. Multiple entries may be submitted together, if posted more than five, first five pictures will be considered for contest.

6. Must be handmade by participant. Duplicated or reproduced jewelry not considered for contest. Jewelry can be made of material such as beads, metal, glass, polymer clay and pearls but not limited to these products.

7. Winner needs to reply to winner notification posted on flicker or email us to houseofgemssm@yahoo.com after announcement of winners.

8. Winner will be determined by houseofgems, Inc. at the end of contest. All the decisions made by House of gems, inc are final not responsible for any type of liability.

9. House of gems reserve the right to shorten, lengthen, delay, modifies or cancels the contest under any circumstances at any time. House of gems, inc will announce regarding any changes made to the contest on flicker no individual notifications will be send.

10. No coupons and discounts are allowed with free shopping.

11. Criteria: Overall Design; Visual Appeal and Impact; Originality; Wearability: Execution.

12. Submitting a picture constitutes granting House of Gems Featured Artists group and House of gems,inc the right to reproduce the image or images in announcing winners, creating award posters on internet, in promoting the awards, and any promotional purposes. All entrants agree not to hold House of Gems Featured Artists group or House of gems, Inc responsible for the protection of original designs once published on House of Gems Featured Artists group.

13. The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. PT on April 1, 2010. Entries must be posted by 12:01 a.m. PT April 15, 2010. Winners will be announced by 30th April. No winning claims will be honored after May 15th.

14. By participating in the contest, you fully and unconditionally agree to the specific rules, terms an conditions provided for the contest.
