About FAVOR THE BOLD

This is a group for photographers who live by the proverb fortes fortuna iuvat: Fortune Favors the Bold.

Our mission is to discovery and promote photographers who's work explores the new possibilities that exist at the uncharted edge of contemporary photography and who defy the expectations placed on us by the establishment forces of fine art/photojournalism et al.

Because this group is primarily concerned with emerging styles and techniques, digital is preferred over film, though raw talent and unique personal vision are valued above all else.
