About Faux Vintage
For people who like to use artificial means (such as Photoshop) to add "vintage" effects to their photographs. This includes fake Lomo effects, Holga imitations, artificial Daguerrotype effects, vignettes, pinching and image stressing. If you enjoy these or any other ways of artifically creating the appearance of age, wear and tear, or imitating the look of certain cameras, film grains, film or paper types, or printing processes, this group is for you. Also welcome are imitations of darkroom tricks such as solarization, cross-processing, and duotones.
