About Traditional Farm Animals
Farm Animals Group Rules
NOTE: POST ONLY LIVING ANIMALS TO THIS GROUP. MEMBERS POSTING DEAD OR INJURED ANIMALS WILL BE BANNED IMMEDIATELY!
Traditional Farm Animals permitted in the group include: Cows, Sheep, Pigs, Chicken, Horses, Donkeys, Goats, Geese, Ducks and Mules.
Farm Dogs and Cats are also welcome. If you are submitting cats or dogs to the group you must add the Tag "Farm Dog" or "Farm Cat" images without these tags will not be entered into the group pool
Please refrain from submitting part images of Farm Animals. For example, we want to see as much of the animals as you can capture, therefore images of extreme closeups of animals eyes, ears, rumps and noses should not be submitted.
*******LIVE ANIMALS ONLY*******
1) Only farm animals will be permitted into the group, If your image contains people it will be removed, unless those people have a direct working link to the animals. The only persons permitted in your images are as follows:
a)Blacksmiths/Farriers.
b) Vets or animal carers.
c) Farm Owners/Workers who care for Sheep, Pigs or Cows or any other adult working with or caring for Farm Animals.
2) Please do not, at any time submit images that contain children, either in shot or holding or feeding animals.
3) Please do not submit images of horse and riders, unless they are in the process of working with other farm animals.
4) Animals from fairs and shows will only be admitted to the group on the understanding that they have plenty of room and are being well looked after. The only show animals permitted will be Cattle, Pigs, Sheep and Horses, all others will be removed. Please do not include Animal Handlers
5) Do not submit domestic animals such as pet cats, dogs, rabbits or birds.
Photos maybe removed without notice if:
a) Not a living farm animal, (Immediate banning)
b) Acts of cruelty, (Immediate banning)
c) People, other than listed animal workers.
d) Horse riders.
e) Children.
f) Dark, Blurry, Too small or Out of focus.
g) Extreme Closeups
