About FBFS - Famous BRITS of Foreign Stock These are foreign-born individuals who came to Britain and had a significant contribution to make in the fields of Arts, Science, Politics, Public Life. They may have come as refugee immigrants or just to seek fulfillment in their professions. There may be people of foreign stock whose ancestors have settled in Britain, first, second-generation individuals born in the British isles of Italian, Huguenot or other ancestry. The Irish and Anglo-Irish, Scots-irish are part of this category and so are any individuals who came to the British isles from abroad and settled here for the last two millenia and again whose contribution had an impact on the country's history and culture. The pictures which are invited are: portraits, sculptures,works produced by such individuals, blue plaques, places connected to such famous people, etc If in doubt please ask	Additional Information This is a public group.
