About Fake-meat-free vegetarian cuisine
Old-school vegetarian cooking - NO gardenburgers, quorn, or TOFU meat-like substitutes allowed. Protein components the old-fashioned way - beans and rice, lentils, dairy (it's not a dirty word, people, just don't eat cheese all friggin' day long).
