About Fairy Tale Parks / Santa Parks
This group is primarily for old fairy tale / storybook park and various Santa Lands figures and structures. Photos, scanned brochures, postcards, maps, etc. are all great. Some photos of collectibles might be okay (I reserve judgement). The focus should be on the figures or parks themselves not people posing at them. Resist the temptation to include photos of kids posing with living Red Riding Hoods or Santas and petting deer. Ride photos should be Fairy Tale or Santa-related (common unfestooned scrambler rides, boat rides, etc. will be deleted from the pool).
If you have a bunch of photos of a place, try to pick out no more than three or four to upload here (and then maybe link each photo to a set you've created for the rest).
This group is not for modern-day parks or figures unless they are really, really special. Some photos of fairy tale figures and Santas that were not at parks are probably okay, too, if they are on the old side.
It would be great if you would identify the name of the park and the city/state in either your caption or tags. If the photos or scans are old, it would be great if you could mention the status (open/closed) of the park if you know about it.
Whew! That's a lotta rules & info -- I'm just trying to keep us focused and avoid disappointments. Enjoy!
