About Fairfield: Our Neighbourhood Photo Competition

Fairfield City Council's Museum and Gallery is running a photography competition called Our Neighbourhood. Fairfield residents are invited to enter the competition and photograph their local municipality.

Running between Saturday, 17 October and Friday, 27 November 2009 the competition coincides with the opening of the Our Neighbourhood exhibition at Fairfield City Museum & Gallery.

Competition entrants can post their images on Flickr between17 October - 27 November. Applicants also need to send an application form to the Fairfield City Museum & Gallery, in accordance with the TERMS & CONDITIONS. For more details go to www.fairfieldcity.nsw.gov.au/our_neighbourhood

Prizes will be awarded to the 3 images that best capture the diversity, culture and environment of the Fairfield neighbourhood.

1st Prize- Olympus Digital Camera- valued at $225
2nd Prize- Photography workshop at Macarthur Community College- valued at $120
3rd Prize- Photography shop voucher- valued at $50
