About Face The Fear

We invite you to use photography to face your deepest fears.

Are there things that scare you, upset you, freak you out? Then be really brave and shoot them! Post your pictures here so we can all share and face your fear. It’s hard to face the fear, but it can be surprisingly therapeutic ;)

Make one post at a time only. A post can be a single picture, or a connected series of up to three pictures, linked by theme or narrative. Both kinds of post are welcome, but please do not post more than three pictures in a row to this group.

Please take some time to comment on other pictures that are in the pool - we really don't want this to be a dumping ground for work that nobody gets to share. Paste this link at the end of your comment, so people know where the comment came from:

(from the <a
href="http://www.flickr.com/groups/facethefear/"
target="_blank">Face The Fear group</a>)

And please favourite your favourites, to help spread the work that's posted here!

===============================

"I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain."
- Frank Herbert, Dune
