About Extreme Weather Aviation

This group is all about aviation and extreme weather, so post your snow, rain, sand and other extreme aviation shots. And..... There MUST be a plane in the shot, not just a wingtip.... a plane.

We Love lightning... Aircraft may be on the ground or in the air but the photo must show extreme conditions.

The Rules

1. Don't post shots of very small planes a long way away we would like to see a recognizable plane and not some black pixels very far away.

2. Don't post photoshopped shots, cropping and sharpening are okay but no over photoshopped and no false color shots.

3. HDR shots are allowed but within reason, if they are way over processed please don't, or post them in the discussion area first.

4. Don't post shots of model aircraft!

5. Shots from the deck of an aircraftcarrier are ok as long as they include the aircraft or helos on duty.

6. Only members can post and members can post 5 shots a day.

7. Post only shots you made yourself. No catalog scans or drawings.

8. The Extreme Weather Aviation Group is for hardass photographers and enthousiasts, it is not the meant to discuss politcal matters.

9. When ever possible comment on each others shots, you know you like it. And so does everyone.

10. No spam or commercial posters allowed. This also means NO big text through the photo. (tagging through banners and logos is allowed, also small text on sides top or bottom)

11. No Portretshots. Personel working is okay. But no posers.

12. No shots of papers or posterboards. Real photos only.
