About ExtraWide
This is the group for presenting the original versions of panoramas, stories told horizontally or other things that are to wide to fit into the normal groups. And I like the photos taken with extreme wide angle lenses in this pool.
If you add panorama photos to the pool the width of the largest version of your pictures should exceed the 1280 pixels of a typical monitor setup to fit in this group. Best would be a size of about 2 screens wide or more so that you can pan in the large size version of your photo.
If you uploaded the large size picture it is stored and was accessible on Flickr even for the free members. You have just to guess at the correct URL of the big size version and write it in a comment in your picture or into a discussion topic comment. For the original size just change the name of your link into *_o.jpg. This only works anymore for image that where uploaded before flickr introduced a separate secret number for the original version of the image.
