Rhonda - that would be the Slow Road to Traction for me.
Actually, I go back on Saturdays at work in the fall and I think the 15th is my first one. (did I just say fall!?)

They may be saying 40 miles now but you can bet they'll edit the route down to a mere 36.3 miles. And i'll be there to make sure we're doing better then 10 miles an hour. :)
