That seems fun, but since this is my first time in Boston during the marathon, I'm a little apprehensive about getting around. You think getting around will be OK? Where would you like to meet?

As a group, I think we can navigate no problem. I've wandered around the marathon with others before -- just not for any sort of semi-coordinated photo shoot endeavor. Could be fun!
How about if we meet at 12noon at the big fountain at Park Street T Station?

I actually have to work, if you can imagine! I'm attempting to take it off, but not certain about that yet so I can't make any definite plans. If I do indeed end up with it off, I'll try to meet up. Sounds fun.

Paul: Sorry you can't join us. I'm hoping we can do more of these. For a while I've also been thinking about getting us photo passes for concerts and other events that aren't entirely open to non-pros or for better access.

This sounds like a good idea. I was already thinking about heading out with the new camera and seeing what kind of marathon shots I could get, and some good company would be nice too. Count me in.
