About the Exchange Photo Contest 2009/2010 - Exchanges to UVic (Incoming Exchange Students)

The International and Exchange Student Services (IESS) Office at UVic is sponsoring an Annual Photo Contest for incoming exchange students to UVic. Photos should capture the essence of your exchange experience. Be creative! Use your imagination!
Rules
1. All incoming exchange students in the Faculties of Humanities, Science, Social Sciences and Law are eligible to submit photos during their exchange year.
2. Photos must be taken in Canada.
3. Incoming exchange students can contribute a maximum of 3 photos to the Exchange Photo Contest 2009/2010 - Exchanges to UVic Flickr group during their exchange term/year. Choose your best 3 photos to submit.
4. You must include your name and a description of the photo (e.g. location, etc.) when you submit it.
5. Incoming exchange students must submit photos to the Exchange Photo Contest - Exchanges to UVic group on Flickr by noon on November 15th and/or March 15th of each year.
6. Photos must have an associated Creative Common license (See Flickr Group for details.).
7. Contributors agree that their photos may be used in future publications of the IESS office.
8. Contributors agree that their photos may be used on the IESS website and displayed within the IESS office.
Prizes
One prize will be awarded to the winning entry for incoming exchange students in November and in March of each year. The winners will receive a $50 gift certificate for the UVic Bookstore.
