If you think your own work is worthy of an invitation, post it there, If the moderators agree, your shot will receive an invitation.
Invited shots and those already in the group will be deleted from the discussion thread when invited. The invitation link will be immediately under your photo description on the photo page. click the invitation link and the photo will post within the group.

About Exceptional Shot of The Day -Mark it A FAVORITE /Invited Only
This is NOT a leveled group, this is a group where high standards are applied to EVERY selected image. If it doesn't "pop" with exceptionalism, it will not be approved.

Exceptionality
This is a group for SELECTED photos which exhibit something more. They have to rise above the average and be "Exceptional"
These are considered shots PERFORMED and executed with care.
The Group is open to color and black and white images, digital and analog (film), as shot, and modified.
The selection process is made by reviewing Flickr. All submissions are reviewed and selected based on the decision of the group manager.
Members may NOMINATE photos created by themselves or by others, by posting the images in the appropriate discussion thread. Images posted directly to the Group Pool will be deleted if not selected by the administrators. INVITATIONS are necessary. See the discussion Thread. Nudity in small amounts is allowed, however if the nudity seems to be the overt subject of the shot, it will LIKELY be discarded from the pool.
