About "Evil Jijou" Longboard Contest
CBC Radio 3, in partnership with Vancouver’s Rayne Longboards are giving away three custom “Evil Jijou” boards during our R3-30 Skateboarding Special (May 29 at noon eastern on web radio and Sirius 86, June 1 podcast release).
The boards, handmade by the crew at Rayne, are especially designed for transportation and to win one, you’ve got to prove you need a new ride.
To enter the contest, we need three things from you: first, post a photo of your current, busted up ride – it could be your bike or your car or whatever you use to get around. The worse shape it’s in, the more it proves you need a new ride. Along with your pic, make sure you tell us the story of your ride and why you need to replace it. And finally, you’ve got to tell us what song you will listen to the first time you get on your “Evil Jijou”, should you win one of these wicked boards.
Deadline for submissions is midnight, Pacific Time, Tuesday, May 26th, 2009.
