Evgeni Malkin is a Center for the Pittsburgh Penguins. He was born in Magnitogorsk, Russia and was drafted in the 1st round by Pittsburgh in the 2004 draft as the 2nd overall pick. He was named the NHL's rookie of the year in 2007 and won the scoring title in 2009.
