02 Jun 10 - I'm the lucky person who was asked by Adams Media Group to write a book for the Everything Series about cast-iron cooking. I'm thrilled that I've been able to work with this publisher and create a product that I'm thrilled with and I hope that you're intrigued enough to purchase the book, make a dish, and take a photograph of it to share with everyone. In order to keep the purchase price low and affordable, they don't put images in the book. But we can change that by posting pictures online.

About Everything Cast Iron CookbookFeel free to post pictures of anything you've made from the Everything Cast Iron Cookbook. It'd be great if you could say somewhere in the title or comments what the name of the dish is so people can find it. You can also feel free to post pictures of things made in cast iron from recipes that don't appear in the book, but it would be great if you say that in the comment. |
