Hey Stanford photographers, wherever you may be: We’re looking for photographers to help us capture the spirit of Cardinal football’s greatest season ever. If you’re a football fan, please bring your camera to any or all upcoming games and tailgates--or telecast parties near you--and help us share the football excitement with alums all over the world. We will, in turn, help promote your photos through our social media channels. Contact me at email@example.com if you’d like to participate.

Group DescriptionThis group has been created to showcase everything Stanford—-a way to capture the beauty, spirit, diversity, and fun of this special place between the foothills and the Bay. We hope to encourage a large community of alumni, students, faculty, staff, neighbors and visitors to post their best shots of the campus and all things Stanford. We’ll select one photo a day from the group to feature on the Every Day Stanford blog on the Stanford Alumni Association website: alumni.stanford.edu/get/page/blogs/blog/?ciid=220, and occasionally in other prominent places on the site.
We’ll let you know if your photo is featured on the blog. Every Day Stanford routinely gets more than 500 views per month, and some very popular photos have had thousands of views. Those numbers should continue to grow as more photos and photographers are featured.
Oh, and you don’t need to be a pro. All cameras (even camera phones) and skill levels are welcomed!
Please share your vision of Stanford with the Stanford family around the world!
Group RulesPhotos unrelated to Stanford will be deleted from the pool If the connection isn't clear from the photo, please use the caption to explain.
We encourage comments on photos--we'd like to create a supportive community around this project.
We prefer to include photos on the Every Day Stanford blog with captions that tell us a little bit about you and Stanford. You don’t have to write a lot—-your name, Stanford affiliation, and a sentence or two about the photo is all that’s needed.
We also encourage you to include the date the photo was taken.
Be creative and have fun!
