By uploading a photograph to this group you give other members consent to use your photographs for educational purposes, even commercially, with a "by" / "attribution" licence.

Unlike other groups, this group is a "flickrpile."

A flickrpile has rules (an honour system):

1) Please post as many photos to the group as you like.
2) As soon as you join AND upload one photo, you have 3 points and can download 3 photos.
3) If you download a photo then leave a comments saying "Downloaded" (you can ALSO leave a message of thanks.)
4) If your photo is downloaded (you will know because someone leaves a comment) then you can download another photo.

This group encourages members to post photographs that members can use in TOEIC™ Test Part 1 style English tests.

By uploading a photograph to this group you give other members consent to use your photographs for educational purposes, even commercially.

Members are encouraged to write a TOEIC™ Test style question to go withthe photograph (this will make your photograph more likely to be downloaded).

Model release (consent to use their image) must be obtained from all those who are recognisable in the photographs (that is why it is quite a hassle to take the photographs), since users will be able to download the photographs and use them for
1) Commercial
2) Educational purposes
3) In any medium including the world wide web.

So don't take photographs of anyone that won't mind thier face being on the Internet.

Photos showing people are highly encouraged. Photographs of books on desks and other inanimate objects are quite easy to come by.

This is my first attempt at this sort of thing. The terms and conditions are subject to change but memebers will be warned before allowing their photographs to be downloaded on less stringent conditions (I won't change the rules so that I can down load all your photos with out uploading myself)
