20 Aug 07 - Hey guys!just a quick reminder to check the rules before submitting (and allowing) photos to the group. There are environmental issues everywhere, this in itself is too broad for this group. The photo needs to clearly show an issue that is the result of humans, or at least explain how humans were involved. All other enviro pics can be posted in the thread "Enviro issues HELPED by people". Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

About Environmental Issues caused by Humans (READ RULES)

This group is to raise more of an awareness of what us humans do to the environment. A bit of rubbish in an otherwise beautiful or interesting location? Get a shot of it and show other people the ugliness it causes!

RULES:
1) happy animals are not an environmental issue, please refrain from posting your animal shots, even though they are very good. If it is explained in the caption how humans have had an effect on the photographed animal, it may be posted.
2) while certain political decisions and parties do play an important part in the conservation (or lack thereof) of our environment, this is not a political group, and people supporting all parties from all countries are welcome.
3) the photos need to be taken by you.

Please remove your photo if it does not comply with these rules, I dont want to be a tyrannical admin and your cooperation is appreciated and valued.
