What started as a bunch of co-workers bringing in the previous nights’ dinner to share tastes, recipes, horror stories and absolute successes, (rock out Cooking Club Local 508) turned into a full-out obsession with everything food related - cooking, eating, restauranting, cooking-show watching, cooking-mag subscribing… And when a group of us ended up living on the same exact street, grill sessions and all-around food (and drink) parties, sprang up every other day of the week.

As the next logical step, we decided to create endless simmer to satisfy our insatiable desire to think about food constantly. We’re basically somewhere between regular Joes/Joanns and food snobs; we can easily go out for foie gras or just eat an entire box of Dunkin Donuts. We’re not experts, but we do know what we’re talking about.

Turn to endless simmer for all your food needs. We want to share with you our cooking stories, favorite shows, restaurant reviews and and any other things we can think of that incorporate eating.

Clearly, we just can’t keep our mouths shut.
