About League of the Empty Pool
Inspired by the discussion in the League of the Empty Chair group...
LOTEP is a home for all those pics floating around the Flickrsphere of (mostly) empty swimming pools.
We are not interested in just any photo of any swimming pool, but ones that are EMPTY or at least MOSTLY empty. For now, we'll define this as half-full or less.
A pic of a pool with water dyed green or filled with ping-pong balls doesn't fit the bill. Please stick to man-made swimming pools; not a diversion of mountain stream water, a country swimming hole dug into the ground or a city street pothole.
The key is the empty/lonely/abandoned feeling that the photo of the pool evokes.
Photos not meeting these guidelines will be deleted and tagged with LOTEP-deleted
