on how to use EmoRate and thought I would share it here too.
Ok, here is the tutorial on how to download/install and use the EmoRate Tool for those that I promised it to:
www.emorate.com/emopic/photo-comment-tool.php
1) go to www.emorate.com/emopic/photo-comment-tool.php
2) If you use Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser, drag the bookmarklet to your toolbar as shown here:

3)If you use internet explorer, click on the link on the page, which is also here.

4) Hold the “Ctrl” key down and click the letter “D” (Ctrl-D). You will see a new bookmark in your Favorites list titled “Flickr Photo Comments XP”.

5) Right-click the mouse directly on the new bookmark. You will get a pop-up menu.

6) Click on the menu option that says “Properties”.

7) The first edit box is titled “URL”. The contents of that box should already be highlighted for overwriting. If not, delete the current contents of the edit box.
8) Hold the “Ctrl” key down and click the letter “V” (Ctrl-V)
9) You should now see a line that starts with “javascript:”. You will have to scroll the contents of the edit box left to see it. Click the Ok button.
10) if you get a dialog box saying ‘The protocol “javascript”does not have a registered program. Do you want to keep this target anyway?’ Click Yes.
11) Testing the bookmarklet. Click on the bookmark labeled “Flickr Photo Comments XP” now.
12) If it works, you will get a popup box with an error message, because you are not at a Flickr photo page. If our popup did not appear, look for an icon at the bottom of your browser like the one shown in the graphic directly below, and keep reading.
13) Popup Blocker: If our popup is blocked, you will see an icon on the bottom of your browser that looks like a circle with a line through it.
14) Click on the icon that looks like a tiny browser window with a red “not allowed” circle on it. This will bring up a popup menu. (Ironic isn’t it?)
15) Click on the option that says “Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site”.
16) You will get a message box saying “Would you like to allow popups from ‘www.emorate.com’?”. Click Yes.
17) Now, go to the photo you want to get the HTML code for. Click again on the bookmark labeled “Flickr Photo Comments XP”. It should work now and you should get the error message mentioned above. If not, Visit the EmoRate Group on Flickr.

***NOTE***
This tool still will not work with PRIVATE images and you must be on the page with the picture you want the html for (not the set page, or the group page, or another flickr page, just the page where you see the pic, the groups its in, its tags, and its comments).
can you tell I was a teacher? :)
