About Ban Free Plastic Shopping Bags

The group is dedicated to the proposition that FREE plastic shopping bags should be prohibited. If stores want to sell shopping bags to their customers at a price of $5- each that would be OK. $4.99 of this $5.00 would be payabe to the city or county to help offset expenses for cleaning and damage to the environment that these free plastic shopping bags do.
