About David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust
This group is made to share pictures that were made in Kenya at the nursery & orphanage, which are run by Dame Daphne Sheldrick. Although I haven't been there myself (yet), I am supporting her work by having adopted a sweet little elephant.

Dame Daphne Sheldrick continues the work she started together with her late husband, David Sheldrick. She found out the right formula for elephant milk, because they are intolerant to cow milk. With this formula and much love, together with the support of dedicated keepers and vets, she rescues orphaned baby elephants and rhinos. The love they provide the animals with is free, but the care costs money.
So what you can do to help is: donate OR adopt one (or more!) elephant or rhino for $50 per year!
