About Panama City: Invisible People, Hidden Spaces.
A view of Panama City from within the Community of El Chorrillo. Known mostly by the public as a place of danger, this group's focus is to show images of this community that better represent its' people. Images of hidden spaces and people not generally seen by the public are of particular interest. Citing locations like streets and neighborhoods of known is important for this research group.
Discussions should focus on examining the images and knowledge gleaned from the experience of traversing the streets and meeting the people of this community. Personal stories as well as ethnographic postulations are encouraged here.
