About Effective Aperture

The Effective Aperture pool is a place for students of photography to share images and information. We intend this pool to be a place of learning for all photographers regardless of age or experience. Please follow these rules.

1. No religious or political discussions. Religious and political photographs are encouraged, but keep discussions about photographs themselves.

2. Nothing illegal is to be discussed. (how to pirate software, etc. etc.)

3. No nudity. Please remember that this is a place where minor students will frequent and exposing them to harsh pornographic images will not be tolerated. This group is rate PG - 13.

4.Be considerate to all photographers.

5. Images posted to the pool must include details about how the images were made. ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speeds and techniques used to create each image. There is a 5 image per day limit. Images without descriptions will be deleted from the pool.

6. All images posted must be original artwork or photographs. Recreation is excepted, but please link to the original image you are recreating in the description.

Other rules will be applied when needed.
