Hi Folks welcome to the new EPC Flickr Group!

The idea here is to provide a new way to share knowledge and tips, discuss and share ideas and motivate our creativeness. My hope is that this group will provide us with another place to meet and discuss our interest in photography outside of the monthly meetings and then put into practice some of the things we learned when we do meet up.

I have created an area of the group for our new "Critique / Show & Tell " format.
Let me explain.
We have decided at the last meeting to drop the "Monthly Contest" aspect of the Flickr site. We are moving to a "NEW" format. This new format will consist of two scenarios that will hopefully be more appealing to the EPC members.

"Critique" will be geared toward constructive observation and suggestion of your photo submission. Other members of the group may comment on your photo and add praise, critisism, observation and or suggestion on how you may have improved the shot. This is meant to be constructive and you must be "Open" to the critique befor you submit your photo.
"Show and Tell" will be just that, you upload your submission to the group and explain the shot. Your explanation should include how you set the shot up or if it was just a random capture, include the location, time of day and if you feel the shot really captured what you saw. Also add any meta info such as Apeture setting (your f/ value) Shutter Speed (1/? of a second) ISO (eye-ess-oh) not (eye-so), this will be known as the Recipe for the shot. You may comment on "Show & Tell" submissions but this area is not meant for critique.
