About Where is Ebrima?

Journalist Ebrima B. Manneh was arrested in July 2006 and has been held incommunicado and without trial ever since, even though a West African regional court has called for his release.

There is one question we want answered - where is Ebrima? But we need your help ask it.

We’d like you to upload a photo of yourself holding the message ‘Where is Ebrima?’ which we will turn into a photo album to present to the Gambian authorities.

Whether you take it next to an interesting landmark near where you live or while you are on an exotic holiday, we’d like you to be as creative as possible.

Alternatively you can take a picture with your mobile phone and send it to 07733 134 670 and we'll upload it for you.



*FOR FLICKR NEWBIES - never been here before? No problem! Follow these steps to upload your picture

1. if you don't have a Yahoo! account, register with Yahoo! mail and then come back to this page

2. Sign into Flickr with your new Yahoo! login details and click 'create new account'. Upload your pic by clicking on the link that will appear.

3. To add a caption to your picture: Once you have uploaded your pic, click on 'add a description', and type in your caption. Save it.

4. Join this group

5. Add your photo to the 'group pool' (signed in group members will be able to see the link for this at the top of this page)
