The EB Photography Group - New and Improved!

This is now the main Flickr group for sharing any photos you like with other EB photographers.

The Rules...
- This Group is open to EB members participating in the Photography forums only - please let me know your EB name when applying to join and apply via the 'Join the EB Flickr Group' thread :D
- From time to time you may hae to re-apply to join the group to keep our member list to active members only :)
- You may post one photo to the group pool a day
- When you post a photo, please comment on at least one other photo in the Pool
- Each week there will be a competion 'discussion' - paste your photo (limit of 1 per person) directly into the discussion to enter (they don't necessarily have to be in the group pool)
- Repeating each month, the weekly competitions will be...
Week 1 - Portraits
Week 2 - Landscapes
Week 3 - Macro/Detail shots
Week 4 - Theme (ie the winner choses a theme for the next month)
- You have a week (Mon to Sun) to submit entries, then a week for everyone to vote on them (you need to vote to be eligible to win).
- The winners will be announced in EB (it will be left to the winner to post their winning image into the EB thread if they choose to share their images publically)
- Other challenges such as 'photo editing' challenges where someone volunteers an image and everyone has a go PP'ing it and put the results in the same discussion, will also be run so keep your eyes out...
- Please try and keep other non-photo posting related discussions to the main EB site (makes it easier for people to search for answers)


Other Tips/Hints
To add a picture from flickr to a discussion thread...
- Open the photo you want to add from your steam
- Click on the 'All Sizes' icon above it
- Click on the 'Medium' version of it
- Copy the html code from the top box
- Paste this into the discussion & it will insert a small version of the picture which is also a hyperlink to the full version on flickr (for people who have access to your stream).
