When you post a photo to the group pool you need to look at and comment on the posted photos of the THREE previous posters before you ( to your direct right )

Please leave constructive comments.
Absolutely NO one word comments - try to leave the kind of feedback you'd like to receive yourself .. be courteous & kind, but above all, make it count.

If the photo could be in no way improved upon, in your opinion - that's great! - let the person know why their pic works so well for you - is it their excellent composition, their fabulous DOF, or the way they work colour ? A comment such as "nice work!" does not cut it.

Members may post ONE photo per day, so think about what you are asking for, or wanting people to see .. if there is something *specific* you are after, detail it in your photo description.

In case this is all freaking you out, can I just say, you don't need to write an essay either.

And lastly, do NOT upload a photo of your own if you do not have time to comment immediately on the person before you. Come back later, or another day. Obviously, if your child sets fire to the cat right after posting your photo, you might need a moment to get a bucket of water, and that's ok, these things happen...
