About Easter Parades

WELCOME
Welcome to Easter Parades, the only group on flickr dedicated exclusively to all Easter Parades from all years.

MISSION
This purpose of this group is to showcase photos of Easter Parade revelers and activities, to be used an aid to improving the photography of Easter Parades, and to provide a source of photographic ideas and inspiration for the same.

DISCUSSION BOARD
Feel free to use the discussion board for any questions or comments about photographing Easter Parades, to seek critique on any particular photo, or for miscellaneous group related communication.

CRITIQUE
When you think critically about other photos, and especially when you write it down in comments to other photographers, you invariably gain an increased awareness of the same factors that will improve your own photography. If you'd like to have a parade photo critiqued, post a thread with title"[Critique] brief description of photo" (without the quotes.) Post one photo per thread unless seeking an A-B comparison. Any member can then provide critique. Replies made in a discussion thread do not show up in your photo's comment stream.

TAGGING
Please tag your photos with "Easter Parade", the year, and where the parade was, especially if it was from other than NYC.
