About Earthshine

Earthshine is reflected light from the earth that illuminates a dark moon. Consider that as the group's primary figurative drive. The name is inspired by a song.

Earthshine is a small group of photography enthusiasts. We feel that Flickr has grown too big to be of benefit to the lesser exposed photographers... Are you a big Flickr celebrity? Then this is not the group for you. We know you're good, or you show your boobs a lot. There are plenty of other groups for you.

Some of the contents of this group will be invited to post on earthshine.org/. You must be willing to participate on an off-Flickr web site to become a member. The idea is to promote our photography in a smaller, supportive community.

Post your best work here. There are no limits as to subject matter. Be creative.
