About The Eärendil Fantasy Society - dedicated to J.R.R. Tolkien

The Eärendil Fantasy Society is the reincarnation of the old "Circolo Tolkieniano Eärendil" born physically in Venaria (Turin) and then blossomed on the web through a group of fans of fantasy with a primary passion for the writings of the master J.R.R.Tolkien.

Here we collect all the photographs and illustrations inspired by Tolkien's fantasy novels available on Flickr.

The group also have artistic and creative ambitions in collecting and connecting people who paint (eg the famous and talented Lorenzo Daniele), compose music (such as the now famous progressive band Ainur see www.ainur.it ) and write fantasy books.
"Circolo Tolkieniano Eärendil" , also known for some time as "The Eärendil Fantasy Society" is open to all and not only to fans of Tolkien.
Are in fact also welcome lovers of literature of J.K.Rowling, Philip Pullman, Terry Brooks, C.S.Lewis, Le Guin, Salvatore, Silvana De Mari, Licia Troisi, Paolini, Pierdomenico Baccalario, Bradley, Eoin Colfer, Michael Ende, Valerio Evangelisti Zafón, etc. .. etc. .. (I forget a lot of course).
