About Gypsy and Traveller experiences in County Durham
This group allows Gypsies and Travellers to share their experiences of living and travelling in County Durham and the North of England. It has been set up as part of a research project that is looking at the accommodation needs of Gypsies and Travellers in County Durham.
Please post photos which capture your experiences. This can be things that are good about living or travelling in the North of England or things that you think are not so good. It would also be very helpful if you were to add further details using the comment facility.
Please ask for permission before posting pictures of people and take care not to give too much personal information.
It is a public group and therefore open to all people – not just Gypsies and Travellers.
Any pictures or comments that are deemed to be abusive will be removed. Gypsies and Irish Travellers are recognised racial groups and appropriate action will be taken against those who abuse this site. Please notify me as the administrator of the group if you have been upset by anything on this site.
