Due to the popularity of the area I have decided to allow photos of Hardwick Hall Country Park into the group.

About Durham City and the Surrounding Area

Original images of the beautiful and historic city of Durham and it's immediate surroundings.

Please only submit original images, no scans. Anywhere from the city centre to Finchale, High Shincliffe, Coxhoe, Kelloe, Shadforth, Ludworth, Sunderland Bridge, Croxdale, Brandon, Brancpeth Castle, West Rainton, Pittington and Witton Gilbert and Bearpark areas will be welcome.

Please do not submit anything from further afield. There are other groups which cover a wider area

Please try to make them interesting and have some level of quality about them, although they don't have to be of a professional level of quality, just clear steady pictures. Enjoy this group and let's make it something special.
