About DSLR Beginner's "how to..."

This group is dedicated to helping people learn the basics of DSLR photography. I don't intend to set myself up as any sort of "guru" or "expert" as I am sure that I could fulfill neither role sufficiently. However, I will provide some basic info here and hopefully others will help me fill in the gaps. Feel free to let me know of any mistakes you spot here and I will either correct them, or put you right ;)
