About Dramatic Color - Bold, Bright, Intense!

Welcome to Dramatic Color!

There's a place for black and white photos, and it isn't here. For those who like saturation, high contrast, fake colors, rich colors, intense colors, dramatic colors that take on a life of their own! Be anything but subtle.

-- Pool Guidelines --

1. No black and white or otherwise desaturated photos.
2. Color must dominate the photos, i.e. no neutral scenes with one spot of bright color.
3. The colors must stand out, be special, bright, bold, intense - HIGH COLOR only. Basic color photos will be deleted from the pool. This is not a dumping ground for any color photo you may have.

Any photo that does not represent the group's intent will be deleted from the pool. The pool is monitored and cleaned daily.

Photoshop is accepted! This group is about color, not purity, so experiments that are shunned in other groups have a home here!

Your help in passing the word on about the group is greatly appreciated. If you see a picture out in Flickr Land that you think would be a great addition to our pool, please invite the photographer to post it to the group. We've even made it simple by generating the invite for you!

And just out of courtesy, when you comment on a photo in the pool, be sure to let the photographer know where you found the photo:
