01 Dec 07 - This is an announcement to all group members.Mud is in the air....And since I never imagined there'd have to be a rule against submitting photos of babies, children, flowers, & pets --because I didn't think anyone would post them---here it is: No babies, no children, no flowers, no pets. Unless you can put an interesting spin on these kinds of subjects that are already all over Flickr--don't post 'em here.

About DPOPL
Dysfunctional Posse of Photography Lovers is the bastard sister of DBOLRL . As DBOLRL is to cameraphones, DPOPL is to all other camera types.
How it works :
It's simple. Comment and vote on ALL the pictures when you post to the pool.
Vote either "keep" or "lose," and be sure to leave a corresponding tag.
If a picture gets five "keeps" it becomes eligible for inclusion in the DPOPL Hard Disk for permanent exhibition.
If, on the other hand, it gets five "loses," it goes down to the bowels of Flickr... but you can also add it to the DPOPL Loser Circle where we share each others' shame.
***...I never imagined there'd have to be a rule against submitting photos of babies, children, flowers, & pets --since they already fill the rest of the world of Flickr...and because I didn't think anyone would post them---here it is:
No babies, no children, no flowers, no pets.
Unless you can put an interesting spin on these kinds of subjects don't post 'em here.
They'll be deleted from the general voting pool & from the hard disk and/or loser group.
Sorry I didn't post that rule last week when I created the group but...It's there now & is retroactive.....There's already loads of groups that'll welcome photos of babies, flowers, etc....
