Domestic Life, Thresholds, & Interiors is a group created for work focused on home life, people at home, the character of interior spaces--with or without people--and the relationship between people and their personal settings. Work that addresses the relationship between inside and outside, the use of doors, windows, porches, decks, and balconies, private & public arenas, hosts and guests, and/or between family members is also keenly welcome.

It is intended for those interested in the visual--as well as social--interest of domestic life, thresholds between outside and inside, inside and outside, the use of doors and windows, balconies, porches, and decks, as well as interiors. We seek images that are thoughtfully made.

It is NOT intended as a place to post happy family snaps that have little or no aesthetic value.

It IS intended for those interested in what spaces say about the people who inhabit them, and the atmosphere that people create in their homes.

***We welcome images of home life, AND its immediate, surrounding environment, from all over the world.

This is a place to gather thoughful, creative images of home life, and its setting, people in their homes, the atmosphere of homes, the relationships between inside and outside, private and public arenas, hosts and guests, and/or between family members.

NO PORN, and nudity only acceptable if it truly relates to the overall domestic atmosphere and situation.

We hope to keep the theme focused, the quality high, and to avoid cluttering the group pool with endless family party pics. that have little aesthetic value.
