So, about this swap...how many ornaments are people willing to make? More than 1?
Details:
The ornament will include one or more game pieces and the theme will be "What Christmas means to me"...so make an ornament that is an interpretation of what you love most about Christmas...easy peasy!

Oooh, join us! For this swap you will make 4...or 5 if you join us...ornaments that include in their design, a game piece of some sort. I will send out a list of addresses in a flickrmail to each participant and probably by December 5th...that'll likely be the deadline...we will all mail out and receive different ornaments!

The only thing is that you send within the alotted time so no one is kept waiting! We usually post what we made in our photostream and here in this thread after we pop them into the mail. Then everyone waits on pins and needles for their package to arrive!
The "mail by" date for this swap is December 5th.

You can do it however you prefer. I like to wait so as not to ruin the surprise, but others not so much. It makes Heather camp out by her mailbox and wait if she sees the pics. :O)

It's true...I've been known to camp out by the mail boxes and I'm not deterred by the cold! (well...maybe just a little)
Can't wait to see the variety of fun ornaments!! I have a concept but not a lot of follow through yet...Don't worry, I WILL FINISH THEM IN TIME!!!

OK...I'm done. BUT, I still probably won't get them into the mail until tomorrow...so I herby extend the mail-by date another day....LOVE being in charge! :oP
Here is what you will receive...I used scrabble tiles and the body of the house is a "Jenga" piece that I cut into different sized houses. You'll notice the glitter...went a little crazy with the glitter...I did seal them so you shouldn't have mass glitter everywhere - no promises though...

So sorry it is taking so long to get to you. In case they don't make it I make another and will send it along.
Normally, to Canada or the UK from here it takes only about a week and a half. With the holidays, customs is probably backed up and that is causing the delay.
Let me know if it doesn't get there.
I had one of the swaps to the UK take two months once to get there.
The postal system can be maddening!
