About Doll Wig Catalog

A pool to collect images of dolls, mainly BJD's and fashion dolls, and helpful information so others may find, learn about, and purchase similar.

Please remember that, in accordance with Flickr guidelines against commercial use, photos added to this group may not have sales verbiage associated with them. That means no captions that say "for sale", "for trade", "FM me for details", "wanted to buy", no prices, no direct links to online shops or auction sites.

Uploading photos that are not your own is also against Flickr policy. Adding manufacturer photos from their websites is of little benefit to the group. I would say a reasonable exception could be made if you were asking for information: do you recognize this wig? or asking for information on where to find a discontinued item. A request in the discussion section would be a more appropriate place for that, but I understand that more users view the pool than the discussions.

Please make sure your additions are relevant to the theme of the group. Do they really show the wig the doll is wearing? Have you provided as much reference information as you can for the other members?

Please use good judgment when adding multiple photos. Choose the best one, possibly two, photos from a photoshoot that show off the wig in question. Please do not post several photos of the same doll/wig combination, and please don't post multiple pages of the the same doll in different wigs. Save some of those for another day so that the group can stay varied and interesting to collectors of many types of dolls.
