Dollar Store Tour 2009

In the summer of 2009, Featherproof Books took the Dollar Store reading series on the road! We packed 7+ of our beloved writers (Zach Dodson, Mary Hamilton, Aaron Burch, Amelia Gray, Blake Butler, Jac Jemc, Caroline Picard, Patrick Somerville, and Lindsay Hunter) in a van, bought tons of dollar store junk, and conquered 11 cities in 14 days. We also sent junk to local writers in each city that we visited (Todd Dills, Ryan Markel, Owen Egerton, Ryan Call, Gene Morgan, Pia Z Ehrhardt, Ken Foster, Michael Patrick Welch, Jamie Iredell, Amy McDaniel, Lauren Bender, Michael Kimball, Adam Robinson, Joseph Young, D.E. Rasso, Robert Lopez, Christian TeBordo, Barry Graham, Sasha Fletcher, MC Mr Napkins, Colie Collen, Shane Jones, Daniel Nester, and Matt Bell ) and invited them to join in on the show!
