This is a group to showcase your beautiful, interesting and sometimes strange close-up portraits. I also hope this group will inspire more people to shoot their dolls in this way because the results are often magical and intimate. We are looking for doll portraits, but with a resemblance of humanity.

This is not a group to dump your many photos of the same pose/set up/situation or for full length photos of your dolls. This is a specialist group for a specialist style.

Please don't be offended if I remove your photo from the pool. This group is for well-photographed photos as well as sticking to the rules. They don't have to be professional, but they should inspire something more than just a snap.

> Close-up portraits only! Head and shoulders okay for a traditional style portrait. All others will be removed!

> Lots of background is okay too. Get creative and break the boundaries! Think outside the metal box.

> Beautiful or Inspiring photos only. Snaps or very low quality will be removed. Sorry but this is a group for inspirations also.

> Only ONE or sometimes two of the same pose/setting/situation at a time. If you add too many I'll remove all but the best.

> Please don't get offended if I remove your photo. You may contact me to question my decision. I am nice, I promise!

> Last : Get inspired! I hope you enjoy this style of seeing into our doll's souls as much as I do. I'd like to spread the popularity of this rare type of doll photograph.
