Discover Life in America (DLIA) is a small, non-profit organization based in the Great Smoky Mountains. Our main mission is the All Taxa Biodiversity Inventory (ATBI), the first effort of its kind to document all living species within the park. Read more about us here:

So, how can YOU help?
The photos in this group will be reviewed by DLIA staff, and your photos could be chosen to add to our image database! Images in our database are used for our website, publications, etc. to keep a visual record of species in the park, with YOUR name on it! Want your photos to be seen by others who share your love of the Smokies, but don't want us to use it? No problem - we will ALWAYS contact you before adding any image to our database.
