Since we were an older group started as a Straight Out of Camera (SOOC) group, SOOC shots are preferred but all photographs from digital cameras are welcome. Please only label your photos as SOOC if they are literally straight out of the camera with absolutely NO post editing. There is no such thing as "SOOC except...." If you have done ANY editing outside the camera, it is NOT SOOC.

That being said, this is not strictly a SOOC group since (because new cameras can edit in-camera now) those are no longer possible except ones devoted to individual camera models that can't edit photos in-camera. While technically you can still have a SOOC group filled with photos that have been edited in-camera, that is not true to the original intent of SOOC groups which was to see photos that had not been edited in ANY way. So feel free to post any of your digital camera photos that you think would be interesting to the group.

Photos MUST have EXIF data to be accepted. So if you have chosen in your settings to hide your EXIF data, you photos will be rejected. The reason for this rule is simple. Photographers love to learn and being able to see the EXIF data on a shot you like can help you learn what parameters lead to that shot.
