This group is thought for those who have the passion for photography and want to learn and improve their skills, giving and receiving honest, open and severe criticism. The goal is to grow individually on a photographic level through the comments of the other members. No points or ratings are given, everyone is asked to participate by writing down his thoughts about the photographs. Discussions about and around photography are very welcome.


New members:

If you like to join the group, send a message to an administrator and he will decide if you fit in the group.. The importest thing is the passion for photography and the will to learn and grow in your photographic style.


Photos:

There are two ways for posting images in this group;
- you can add your photo to the pool, maximal three a week
- you can create a new topic to take the picture out of the flickr-workflow. The Maximum here is three too.

If you want to post a series it is better to open a new topic and add all the picture to this topic.


Participation:
This group is a workshop; we don't want to treat it like a gallery, it is about honest criticism and it is important that every members try to participate as good as they can.. If somebody just uploads photos and doesn't help others by commenting their work, he'll sooner or later get a message from an admin. The worst case would be banning..


Style of commenting and how to discuss with others:
Just be polite.. there are always nice ways to tell somebody what you don't like. Try to argue your point of view.
