03 Apr 11 - Beautifully esthetic photos of landscapes without (mostly) humans and buildings. Moody, solemn, melancholic, desolate, empty, lonely, bare, cold and minimal are some of the keywords. This group is curated. Photos with noticable frames will be denied, interiors, photos where a building dominates and photos with heavy use of textures too.

About Deserted Landscapes

Beautiful photos of landscapes that are devoid of humans. Mood is the keyword here. A landscape is not a close-up of something in nature. A landscape is not a close-up of a tree or a bush or some flowers, or a pole or a city view. I want to see SPACE and combined with a desolated, melancholic feeling.
